A thought can make or break everything

Have you thought of it... that one thought can shake u for whole day or sometimes for a whole life...

Think of one negative thought and you will end up by having fight throughout the day. And then series of negative things happen...

Want to know the Reason? Answer lies in your actions only… yes,
your one drop of negativity has created those negative vibes around you. Many a times that is visible to people around you through :
1. Your rude or harsh statement.
2. Bad voice and negative comment.
3. Your bad/ irritable body posture.
Your mind is so much affected by these “Negative energy circles” that you cannot focus on the main task, at times leading to wrong decisions, or if you are aware of your negative thoughts then you may have to hold on to your major decision(s). Sometimes we ruin some good relations with this negative thought that we have to regret it for the rest of our life.

Now take a look at the other side of the coin

Result of one Positive thought:
Have a positive thought and your big problems are solved with awesome positivism and comes out with best results. You can actually lead your team with charm, charismatic nature and your flawless inner strength. Just awesome is the word others will have about you!!!

Excel, excel and excel everyday I do so but.....

The title seems like a poem right...but no no... I'm not reciting any poem out here.

What I'm constantly trying to reach is the "Limits to excel" and "Scope of excel".

Since, I am the one who is trying and struggling to find new ways to excel!!! Since I'm the one who is eager to excel... I find thousands of people who are giving me advise who are judging me, who advocate on my rights and wrongs.

I appreciate them but then; I stop and ask myself have they themselves have reached that level of excellence... unfortunately no. But however, they know the recipe to excel therefore they can guide, therefore they have the right to judge you, therefore they can give you thousands of advises (at times it’s just one piece of advice that too is not valid and there is a whole long essay behind it, acting as the background before compiling it to one sentence)and i.e. “It is to be done in this manner, dear”!!!

Here is the poor one who is struggling already to find correct method to perform certain task, unfortunately have to meet unskilled gurus... who claim them to be expert in the field of which they have only read just the manual, strange no!!!

People love to speak tons, they can leave there work and take you to coffee shop just to talk..... aaahhh...... what a relief for the communicator but the poor listener is tired.

It is similar to the scenario, where we find a whole lot of redundant and baseless information on Google; when we really want to search something and just a handful of useful one. And it is indeed an art to find that useful information so precisely within few searches. Same way it is really an art to find such a pure and selfless guru or mentor to follow on the path to excel.

Scope to excel here I can suggest one thing is take one task at a time and keep on excelling gradually as you built on they can start with second and later on playing with that level of expertise is a great fun... and yes, then people may ask you.... great ya!! How do you manage? How have you done it so wonderfully? And then you are the "Real Guru" and expert...... Cheers guys.

So ride on bike to your field of excellence and excel it.

Do share it if you loved reading it.

Are you tired of your tiredness...

We are tired... mostly.... but one thing to understand is are we tired physically.... the fact is 50-60% of times we are mentally tired.
Yes Mental tiredness.... we are tired because the mind is bound to do something which we are not willing to do. So the feeling is to leave it all.. Well if you are a teenager then I would have definitely advised you for this but if you are married or are parents then I have a different advice for you... what you can do is to analyze. Analyze what your mind don't want to do.. is it important responsibility for you to perform and you are not willing to do because you are the one who just wants to relax... or not in a mood to do. If these are your reasons for not performing then shake your mind and tell your mind that you need to do this now...This is called as bringing your free mind under control. We need to practice this several times in a day to keep on reminding yourself of the things that are important to do. Till the time it becomes your habit.
Mental tiredness is also caused when we are surrounded by negativity. Mostly it's the people who create negativity around. What if those people are your loved ones and you cant afford to leave them?? One option is keep your mind under control. How you can do this. Just keep yourself calm. You can sing a song is one . Second you can say that it's the frustration of the other person...about some matter which is venting out through negativity. Move to a different room or go for a walk. There are endless ways. Remember when kids don't want to listen to you, what they do.... Let the matter gets relaxed a bit then you can resume back, or can make the person understand.
All those who are working they all are tired due to  there busy schedules and lifestyles and commitments. Some tips for them:
1. Listen to a favorite song of yours, which you used to listen during your childhood times or your graduation times.
2. Search on Google images for the dream destination of yours.
3. Call up your friend and talk about all the rubbish things what all they may be.
4. Go to loo and shout aloud...
5. Tired of your mobile - switch it off for a day.
6. Bunk your office and watch a movie, or hang out with your friend or close one.
7. Go home and dance on your favorite song. If you are shy then - close the door, sing the song loud and dance freely.
8. Meditate - An ultimate way to de-stress your self. Its my own personal recommendation. Try it you will love it.
Remember Till the time you are calm and enjoying everything what you are doing till then... all tiredness will just be momentary.
Believe me guys thousand of things are in our hands, we need to have faith in ourselves. And say it to you : "You are capable enough to find solutions... just look within you"

Kids need your time and not money...plzz give them your love and time

Yesterday was Children's day and I happen to read a caption saying " Give your kids time and happiness rather than Money" How true it is in today's scenario.

The reason for my elaborating on this topic is that ; In today's materialistic and competitive world we are so tied up with our own lives that we say to our kids that if you score this much percentile then I will gift you this toy or this PS or such expensive and fancy gifts. Rather than spending times with our kids we are teaching them to find their happiness in materialistic things and not the family. The concept of family now means 1. Nanny, maid, tutors and then parents. We have made the division of responsibilities. But is this division is in right manner?? Are we teaching our kids to play with your toys/ Video games, cartoons so that they can remain far from us!!!

Yes, the root meaning of such gifts is this. Coz we don't have time for them actually not for them its our family ... isn't strange that now kids share more of there feelings with their friends. We say now kids get into relationships so early the generation has advanced.... but are we not responsible for such acts??? Are we providing them with such comfort, time and security so that they should feel happy and content within the family no.

If you all can recall then  there were times when the families were living together where all the cousins were the best friends. the no of cousins was so high that there was hardly any need to look for friends outside. Kids were so content within the families.

Now, due to the competition, our rising expectations, need to earn more..more and more.... have brought in the concepts of Nuclear families... where indeed we have divided our responsibilities with maids and nannies but we forget that they are working for money and can't give that emotional bonding. Those teachings where the family is bind with hearts where the feelings of happiness and sorrows are shared with each other. Where at least one meal is taken together. One family outing is must in a month / week. Such things have lost their charm.

Now kids hardly know who is their cousin, because they have not met them. The meaning to life has changed, to relationships has changed. The feeling of sharing among each other is now converted to why should I give you, this is mine.

Now happiness is with toys, it is measured with how expensive or how latest the toy is... more is the  happiness. Kids are happy watching TV and playing games on laptops.... Happiness is now no more associated with playing with family cards, luddo, hide and seek, gallery, vish-amrit... such games are rarely heard now. Having evening walks and night walks to ice-cream vendor with family have reduced in number. If at all we have to go we move in cars now. Strange no...We have evolved and are still evolving... we all have to decide weather in right direction or wrong direction.

comparisons

We generally are in a habit of comparing....

Everyone of us...
Aren't we...
I'm am here not writing this to say that comparisons are good or bad.
My only purpose is to ... Chill it & Take it easy baby!

As I take it, its good to compare but I feel the comparisons are done when A and B are in same conditions and then their performances are compared. I feel this is the best comparison ground, the best example is Competitions where two competitors are given same ground to perform and compete.
But in daily life we all compare, our bosses compare employees, people compare there partners, companies compare there competitors.
I'll take them here one by one:
Case 1: Bosses compare employees - Here the physical infra is same let's say in 90% of the cases. But the intangibles like the authority, sphere/scope of working, level of difficulty in a task, these are some of the things which are never same. and they can never be same. Now when the comparisons are done at the time of appraisals focus only on the result, not the gravity of hard work. here there is one more thing which needs to be focused upon is the skill set. A has the skills to perform same task, however, B, is learning that skill to complete the task. So the results if derived in how quickly the work is completed then yes A wins...but what we have ignored here is the handwork and dedication of B. Yes no doubt the work performed by B has taken a lot of time but by not encouraging, definitely we are demotivating the new learner. Here I'm not talking about the slow learner.
Case 2: People compare their partners - In daily life we tend to say that see, my friends wife/hubby can do this n that very quickly and look at you...
These are very frequent lines which are shared in an conversation within a couple, now again if, the one who said these lines can ponder a bit and try to analyze the situation and can ask softly, what happened.. the other person will definitely have an explanation to it... but yes, if its a normal habit of the other person to ignore, what is been told to do/not to do. Then yes, this line justifies.... but yes Acco. to me there are definitely ways and means to convey what you really want the person to do... After all being manager is not only good in office...at times its good to act like one at home too!
Case 3: Companies comparing their competitors - Yes, as the quarterly, weekly, monthly..etc... these comparisons are done. Here again, before we compare ours with others we need to understand the background... are we same financially, do we have similar efficient and effective management and employee power, is our vision is same as theirs??? Once We have answered these questions, then is the time when we can have the correct picture and can make a better action plan for future.
My only motive to explain these things with small examples is to... think and understand what we are saying and doing with our lives, just be caging ourselves around comparisons we are spoiling our own unique individuality.
I feel the best comparison is with "self". And it can only be done by "You" and not by anybody else.
In other words if I may say, then better to keep yourself comparing with self and stop thinking what others are saying/ thinking about you. The reason for this is You only know what is your priority at this moment... and on which strength/weakness you need to focus upon. And nobody else can do that.

So keep evolving...for better...

Journey; of the heart... from the heart!!!

It is just the feeling from within... which is asking me to write. many of the writers in whatever field they belong to, will definitely agree with me. It is not only about the writers community, it is about every individual who have this feeling to follow your own heart... Will also agree to this that it comes within.

The feeling that we want to follow our heart, comes to everyone of us, but ...yes this "BUT" "IF's"..... take its place and many circumstantially also ignore to what their heart is saying.

Well this blog should have come prior to my blog "Moving to a foreign land" http://change005.blogspot.in/. Again I started doing this because I wanted to do this, at that point it was tough for me to justify this writing with a valid reason. For many if the activity is not generating money; its waste... Also the people who feel that "Time is money", will also differ with me in this opinion, that I'm simply following my heart. I love to write, I feel sad if I have not written something.... feelings like this surrounds me many a times, but like most of us, I always ignored it. These feelings are asking us to break free and follow our own heart.

And here I will quote another famous proverb: "To find something, you will have to loose something". Yes, in this materialistic world where it's only the money that matters, you can't follow your heart, just like that... But yes i can say that we all always get a chance where we are free to follow our hearts. many IITians and IIMians have done this. Earlier in 90's I remember when I was young, when these premier Institutes pass outs follow their hearts, people have criticized them by saying, if this is what you indent to do then why not in beginning... or you wasted a seat of a premier institute or wasted your parents money...

Today, I really feel like saluting those guys, who have that courage to follow their hearts and have made a success story out of their journey.
